Mailing List
As stated in About Us, we produce and promote Gala Art Shows in the Calgary area.  Our mailing list is Vehemently Guarded and is used only to invite you to Rose Hip Gallery functions of which there might be three per year. We do not share, give, sell or allow anybody else access to our mailing list.  We currently have over 1900 names on the list and fully 75% have been loyal for the 14 years we have been operating.  Your information is handled personally by the Rose Hip Gallery executive only. To have your name placed on our mailing list please use the Get an Invite link on the Contact Us Page.

Financial Transactions
When you fill in the form to make a purchase from this site, you are creating a file directly on the web server.  The information is being encrypted before transmission over the internet.  If you DO NOT see an icon of a Closed Lock at the bottom of your screen, please refer to the section Secure Web Site, above.
Your Order file is created and the Gallery Personnel are simply informed via E-mail that a purchase order has been received.  Only the Gallery executive have access to that file, whereupon your request is copied and completed. Once the transaction is finalized and you have received your order, the file is deleted. We do not keep credit card information on file.
In cases requiring  shipping outside the province of Alberta, a shipping charge will be applied at time of processing your payment.  You will be informed via return E-Mail or Phone if charges are excessive.  Prices listed on this site do not include GST except where stated.

Artwork
All paintings on this site are One of a kind Original artwork created by the artist. All copyright and use of images of the art shall remain the property of the respective artist with all rights reserved.  The artist reserves the right to create art prints and cards from the images of their work.

Photo Prints
Photo Prints are created from original photographs taken by the respective artists.  They are printed on Epson Archival quality paper with a life expectancy of at least 50 years.  Prints may last over 100 years if matted and framed properly.
